We had the pleasure of breaking ground in Tokyo, collaborating closely with Yoon Mi-Wool, a two-Michelin-star Korean chef, who recently opened YUNKE in Ginza. Her mission: to popularize Korean cuisine. It was an incredible experience working across cultures and discovering the artistry behind Yoon Mi-Wool and her masterpiece of a restaurant, YUNKE. We shot this video in under three hours before service began, yet we managed to capture her essence and the artistry of her signature dishes.
